1. The contract is concluded between the customer and INTERALPEN-HOTEL TYROL GMBH ("Hotel" see Imprint).
2. Vouchers cannot be redeemed in cash.
3. If the purchase value is lower than the voucher value, it is not possible to issue the difference in cash.
4. The voucher shall only become valid after full payment.
5. The voucher is redeemable for 5 (five) years from the date of issue.
6. The contract is subject to Austrian law.
7. The place of jurisdiction is Innsbruck, Austria.
8. The hotel assumes no liability for delays in delivery.
9. "Package vouchers" cannot be redeemed during the Christmas and New Year period.
10. The right of withdrawal (applies only to consumers).
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date on which you (or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier), have/has received the voucher.

with a clear statement (for example, in a letter sent by post, fax or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this purpose, you may use the provided withdrawal form, but this is not a specified requirement.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification about exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal:
You must return the voucher(s) to us immediately and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the date on which you informed us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is considered as met if you send the voucher(s) before the fourteen-day period expires.
We may decline a refund until we have received the voucher(s) or until you have provided proof that you have returned the voucher(s), whichever is earlier
You shall bear the direct cost of returning the voucher(s).
